They have restaurants, small casino, duty free shopping, etc, etc. The staffs were very friendly. We got to visit the truck drivers' lounge. Hehe. The food there are all free for the truck drivers.

After 7-9hours of cruise, we reached the port and from there we took train to Rotterdam and then to Amsterdam.

Amsterdam--derived from the word Dam in the river of Amstel. So put it together you got Amsterdam.

I think everyone should know that we are not allowed to take pictures of the prostitutes. Hehe. They don't like it.

Went to Sanderman's free tour the next day. The tour is free and they conduct their tour on tips only basis.

The tour is very informative and available in many languages. We of course chose the English guide. Hehe.

From Dam Square the guy brought us to visit the Red Light District to show us how it is like in daylight. And story us when the Red Light District all started the business.

And there's an Old Church (Oude Kerk in their language) just beside the Red Light District. The church used to sell letter of forgiveness. Because those sailors last time have no time to confess their sin and therefore they buy the letter straight from the church. It's also said that the priest had mistresses. Therefore the Church is located there. Ooooo. Interesting story isn't it.

This pic was taken near the Oude Kerk.
