Had a Korean meal in Kyo Hang @ The Gardens. Seen a lot of people patronising this shop therefore decided to dine in.





The food is ok only. Not up to my expectation. =x

Chap Goh Meh

Happy Chap Goh Meh to everyone. Had very nice dinner at the Oriental Pavilion Restaurant @ Jaya 33. Only managed to capture the pic of yee sang. Others being served by waiter thus unable to take pic. Haha.

Topshop shopping & Sushi

Pulled my sis out to Mid Valley as I found out The Fashion Forward Group has pre-renovation clearance at Mid Valley. The sales will be on from 1/2/2012 to 18/2/2012. Participating outlets are Topshop & Topman (sales from RM9), Miss Selfridge (from RM19) and Dorothy Perkins (from RM23). Only managed to buy few pieces of clothings in Topshop. Didn't find anything which is RM9.

Also I have been craving for sushi so I suggested going to Zanmai. Unfortunately the queue is always freaking long, so we headed to Sushi Zen instead. Their selections of food are similar or i should say they are using the same menu so why queue up when u can go to Sushi Zen.

Ordered Dai Dai roll, their 'weekly special' roll, salmon sushi, soft shell crab maki and temaki.

I think Zanmai and Zen are under the same company. Haha. So the standard, price and quality is the same.

BlackBall - Original Taiwanese Tea & Dessert

Came across this shop that sells Taiwanese Dessert while driving in Seri Petaling. So sis and I decided to stop by to try it out. They are currently having daily promotion, so we only paid RM7 for one bowl of desserts and a glass of passion. Sis ordered extra boba milk tea to check out the taste.

So here are our desserts.

Their Taroballs are chewy and have strong taro flavour compared to their direct competitor S**wflake. I would recommend this as the price is cheaper with daily promotion and their dessert selections are very wide too.

This place during daytime is not packed therefore making it very suitable for chit-chatting and gathering session.

The only con is that their services are quite slow

Isetan Food Market

Finally got a chance to go Isetan Food Market after hearing about it for a long time. Went to one Japanese stall in Isetan. Ordered a bowl of soba and and Salmon roll. The salmon roll is quite nice and big. Haha. The price is quite reasonable too.

Will come again next time. Yumm..

It's Everybody's Birthday according to Chinese lunar calendar.

In Search for COOL Weather

It's been quite sometime since I last went to Genting. So I asked my parents if they can bring us up there since we are boringly staying at home for CNY... in which they agreed. YAY!

Had dinner at this place in Bukit Tinggi-- Restoran Bukit Tinggi BBQ. Been here for a few times, their food is quite good. Their food names are all weird. Not only the food names but the decoration of the restaurant too. Decorated using umbrellas and wine bottles.

So these are the food we ordered.

Wu li dan dou rice

And this fish i don't know the name. sorry. they are famous with 雪山飞狐(suet san fei wu) the tilapia fish is fried with salt and it looked like it's really flying. But we didn't order it, instead we ordered this steamed fish with lala. Quite good.. you can taste the freshness of both lala/clam and the fish.



This dish cannot be missed. It's super good. You can ask for 1/2 or 3/4 of the chicken if you are not coming in a group. After the meal we headed straight to Genting.

Just walked around in First World Plaza. I know it's boring but at least it's better than rotting in KL.

Heard about the Doraemon exhibition but didn't go in as I'm not a big fan of Doraemon.

Lastly, we went to the Starbucks. Chit chat while waiting for our parents. Cooling weather + a cup of Java Chip is simply magnificent. Hehe
