May King

This restaurant has its main branch in Pudu, where you need to share table with others if there's no place to sit. But you don't need to squeeze with other people already because they have new branch at Serdang Perdana.

Their specialty is Lam Mee and Curry Mee.


And this time I go for Lam Mee. I think the prawn taste is not prominent enough. The main branch still has the nicer Lam Mee.

Nyonya Colours

This is also my first time at Nyonya Colours. It's situated at The Gardens near Big Apple Donut. The price I think is reasonable the fact they are in The Gardens.

Kuih selections. Very large variety.






Ordered Assam Laksa. The taste is quite nice but the fish I think is too fishy. I don't like fishy taste.

Chatime

This is my second time having Chatime. This milk tea is very different from those in KL or I shall say Malaysia. The tea flavour is very prominent. And you can adjust the sweetness according to your own preference. 100% sugar is really too sweet.

Their queue is forever long.

Dragon-i @ Pavilion

Hello. Had my dinner at the Dragon-i. Dad said they have this Lat Mei rice. Unfortunately the captain told us that they have stopped serving it but they are now serving PUN CHOY.

Tidbits from the UK

I'm going to be a SUPER FAT GIRL!!!!! Bf bought me a lot of snacks from the UK. Hehe.

This is one of my favourite. Cookies from Asda. Don't be fooled by the brand n packaging. It's very rich in chocolate taste. YUMM.



WALKERS. MY FAV!! Especially Cheese and Onion. They have this new Extra Crunchy Crisps. I remembered I kept eating them 2 weeks before I left UK. HAHAHAHA.







This might looked rather plain but believe me. This is super nice. Superb match with a cup of coffee/tea for your tea time.



The last one is milkyway. nice nice.


I didn't take photo of the extremely chocolatey mini bites from Marks & Spencer. Because those were all finished by my family before I got back from KK. T____T

Empire Shopping Gallery

Ok. This is my first time going to Empire Shopping Mall in Subang as I just got back from the UK in Nov last year. The mall has quite nice atmosphere and it houses brands such as Christian Audiger, Coach and coming soon Peacock from London. Also they have this Four Seasons Restaurant which is quite famous in London.


Had breakfast at the O'briens Sandwiches Bar.








This is fun. RM8 per ride.

Aunt's open house

Went to aunt's house warming the other day. She moved into her new house before CNY and therefore decided to do some house warming during the CNY month.

Sutera Harbour

Ola. Went to Sutera Harbour today to see sunset. Hehe. I don't know what to intro here so photos can do the talking. Haha.















As you can see the weather is not quite nice. And it started drizzling 10 minutes after I arrived there. Unable to see the nice sunset that day.

Jia Siang Sang Yuk Men

Bf Brought me to this shop that sells Sang Yuk Men aka pork noodles. They said is the most famous one in KK. And Bf said the most original and the better one is Sinsuran.



Waited for quite long to have the noodle served to us. I ordered kon lao sang yuk men. And also tofu as side.







I think the noodles are normal. Nothing to shout seriously. And the soup is not salty enough. Meat not tender enough. Not up to my expectation.

Tom Yum and Fried noodle

This shop is not listed in KK's MUST HAVE FAMOUS FOOD. But it certainly serves one of the best tom yum in KK. This shop is from Bukit Padang now located in Beverly. Their specialty is fish head noodle but I think the Tom Yum Noodle is better.







Another shop that serves nice food is Foh Chuan. I think their specialty is Beaufort style fried noodle. you can ask for dried or wet fried noodle. And their roasted pork is quite yummy.

Ngiu Chap Noodle

One of the best and original ngiu chap men in KK. Nyuk Pau shop has been selling this delicacy for the past 3 generations.

Salut

Went to Salut for dinner. It's halal seafood restaurant that serves fresh seafood. You choose your seafood and then they'll cook for you.








No pictures of food because there were many people. I must behave. haha.

The food were really fresh and tasted ok. You can't compare with Peninsular Malaysia's seafood where they add in more seasonings. Seafood in KK are more homecook-style
