1st Anniversary

Happy 1st anniversary to BIBIBUBU. Muah..hehe..It's our first anniversary and we are celebrating it in England. So nice. Bubu brought me to the Chinese restaurant right after class. Had a simple lunch but feel so contented.

The Hubs + Propaganda

The Uni had organised a party to welcome the summer school student at the hubs.

Manchester with Bubu

Yeah. My first trip with Bubu in the UK. Woke very early to go to Manchester. It was cold. But was better compared to a week ago. Hehe. Our first stop, Manchester United Football Club. I am not a fan of MUFC. I used to hate them too. But sigh, this is the first football club I visited in England. =( Their stadium is huge. Wonder how will Liverpool FC stadium look like.

Next stop, Manchester chinatown. Had lunch at Tai Hu. They told us that this is the best dim sum in Manchester. The dim sum were quite ok. LOL.


BiBiBuBu

After lunch, we walk around the city and there weren't much sale yet. But Selfridges are having crazy sales here. Haha. It's weekend, it's quite crowded here in the city.

The city of Manchester is quite pretty. They call Manchester the 'second' city in England even though Birmingham is actually the second largest city in England.

Sheffield

My first post since arriving at England. Spent my first Sunday in Sheffield after visiting York on Saturday. Joe Lee's bf came over to bring us to the city. Show us where to buy groceries and places to visit here. Hehe. It's great to have people to show us. Otherwise, we would have to do this all by ourselves.

It's quite cold here in Sheffield and we sat on the grass to get some sunlight and warmth. When you are cold, you will run into the sunlight. Now I understand why Ang Mos like sun so much.





After that, we went to starbucks for coffee and chit-chatting. Hehe.
I miss you bubu. =D

York

First trip within the UK. To York, North Yorkshire. It's said to be haunted city in England. Hehe.

After 2 hours bus ride, we arrived at York. First thing we saw is this....









Everyone stopped by to take pictures, many buildings around. And we are given time to explore the city ourselves. So we get "LOST' in the city and I really enjoyed this trip. York is so beautiful with many cathedrals, and old buildings. York Minster was really big and nice. =)

Walked into the small streets and you will see those street performers. Had bacon burger for lunch. And then continue exploring York. I found that I got hungry faster than in KL ever since I step into the UK. sigh.. I'm going to be fatty again.

The sceneries are nice. Don't you think so. I'm looking forward to going Manchester next week with Bubu. =)

Farewell

Bye bye to family and KL. I will be in the UK until November. I'll miss my bed very much. =(


Had drinks with family before joining other classmates. I will miss them very much. And Bubu will be having his ACCA exam and only join me a week later. I will miss all of them SO MUCH.

Gai Gai with Kit Yeng

Hang out with Kit Yeng today. Hehe. She said she wanted to meet up before I go to UK. Updated each other with our stories and some gossips. Hehe. Had lunch at Fong Lye. It's quite different from the one in Imbi. The Imbi one is not like this which comes in sets. The food was OK only but the ambience was really good. The lightings and so. I think that is why everyone likes to go there huh.
